- We are a smoke-free and vape-free home (including medical products). $250 fee for any residual smoke scent. - No pets - no exceptions! $500 fee for any undeclared pet on site. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival. - No refunds out of stated cancellation policy. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance. - We live in a dark sky community, so quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. This is a residential area, and we like our neighbors! - Check out is at 10:00 am Arizona time; check in is at 4:00 pm Arizona time. - Boat and boat trailer parking is available at the property. Park on paved surfaces only. There is NO RV parking allowed either on the street or on the property per HOA. - As you are coming and going or enjoying the sliding glass doors, please make sure to close the doors when not present; our desert animal friends like to come in sometimes and some are not so friendly to humans!
