House rules
• Quiet time between 10pm – 7am. We are in a residential area and like our neighbors.
• Check out is at 10:00 am Arizona time; check in is at 4:00 pm Arizona time.
• Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for a $100 pet fee and must be declared before arriving. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. If your pet has an accident in the house and or causes damage, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible. Please make sure to clean up after your pet inside and outside the house. Undeclared pets will result in a $250 fine.
• We are a smoke-free and vape-free home (including medical products), both inside as well as the outside areas. Any residual smoke scent in the home will result in a $250 fine.
• Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including using the WIFI for those purposes.
• No refunds issued out of stated cancellation policy. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
• If you break or damage something, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Do not leave out any food that would attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we would like to keep it that way with your help.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
Damage and Disputes
